Gut Brain

GUT ANXIETY

In this cause-and-effect reality, we can be autonomously governed by our mood and not even realise why. Our decisions are influenced in many different ways. Some we believe are conscious decisions. However, our motivations stem from subconscious appetites and desires and actions will be unconsciously driven by our gut.

Without realising how blood sugars affect the mind, our food choices can be both positively and negatively affecting mood, energy and anxiety levels as our decisions are a mostly reflection of what's going on inside our gut.

We often put our emotional states and the symptoms of anxiety down to simply having a bad day. But what if the day has been started on the wrong foot by our food choices?

Our gut contains billions of tiny microorganisms that assist with the breaking down of foods. When this microenvironment is in balance, we are in balance.  This microbiome is alive with billions of tiny organisms which serve various purposes, to break down foods and enforce our defences, which is called the immune system. The gut IS our immune system.

Our gut contains around 2kg of these tiny organisms, around the same weight and size as the 'skull brain'. When the gut is in harmony, we feel at our best. With the wrong foods and disruptive contaminants in our digestive system, such as alcohol (which kills biomes), we can destroy the balance in our gut.

As our physical body, the brain and nerves are all activated through electrical impulses, the frequencies of these pulses will have different functions for managing the micro-organisms that make up our physical and mental being. When the electromagnetic frequencies are disrupted through being consistently bathed and around strong electromagnetic influences (natural or man-made), these geopathic fields, electrical, RF or wifi signals, can all have an effect on how our gut functions. These disruptions will change our mood, impact our energies and manipulate our Will.

Electromagnetic Influeces
The will is influenced by electrical impulses. Studies carried out in the 60s by José Delgado, and books written by Delago about compliant society in the 70s, showed how electrical impulses delivered through wires directly attached to regions of the brain, activated via brain implants and wirelessly delivered frequencies of a certain power and in coupled resonance, could be targetted to affect the behaviour of animals. His tests extended to humans, using non-aware military volunteers as well as non-compliant US citizens and prisoners. This controversial line of study also crossed over into other military (covert) studies on mind control, including MK Ultra, projects: Monarch and Artichoke. All papers have now been cleared from CIA intelligence suppression and although these practices were carried out by the US military on US citizens, many claim the tools and means used for psychological control of nations, are being used today in all nations under the protection of government secrecy laws.

Dr. Jose M. R. Delgado describes his pioneering work in implanting electrodes in the brains of cats, monkeys, and men. Through electrical stimulation of specific cerebral structures, Delgado demonstrates how movements can be induced by radio command, hostility may appear or disappear, social hierarchy can be modified, sexual behavior may be changed, and memory, emotions, and the thinking process may be influenced by remote control.

Group Mind
Because everything has a frequency and all living organisms have a group mind or morphogenic resonance field, the types of bacteria and yeasts we have in the gut can individually cause gastric issues or collectively can have even greater powers to challenge our human bio-organic frequencies, in influencing upper brain function.

In cases where people are struggling with their weight and heath, this can be observed as compulsive actions taken with food, which override rational brain functions, to fuel unhealthy eating habits. In the British TV show 'Secret eaters', the 24hr surveilance footage revealed a cognitive error about what the people believed they had eaten in a day, against the reality – as if a parasite 'brain' had taken over their perceptions. This is what many now claim to be the influence of the gut to make decisions for us about food. The same penomena can be witnessed with decisions of the heart taken and desires followed from the lower energetic centres, which all bypass logic and reason. This unconscious modus-operandi is a major factor for self-harming and disruptive behaviour, causing distress, imbalance and anxiety.

It can be clear from these examples, where we are never the same person at any one time, because our gut and instincts take over our decsiosn based on blood sugar levels, desires and survival needs, with programs emitting their frequencies for controlling decisions and actions bypassing the logic centre (and even the memory retention brain).

Alignment With Nature
A lot of digestive issues, mental and physical ailments and body expressions including obesity, can be traced back to pregnancy and trauma at birth. Prematurly born children, C-section births and toxic environments (from alcoholism and drug abuse), children can miss out on having the right gut bacterias.

Children who are exposed to natural habitats with diverse bacterias, living and playing in nonsterile environments and in households with pets, appear to have more robust immune systems healthier digestive capabilities and are les prone to having food intolerances and food addictions.

Issues with health stemming from birth can be attributed to a lack of healthy human microbiota being passed on from the mother, who opts for milk formula over breastmilk and industrial nations are seeing depletions in certain gut bacterias that help the baby to digest their foods.

Where severe digestive disorders have impaured the development of a child, Fecal transplants - the migration of a fit donor's fecal matter containing healthy bacteria in to the digestive tract of someone with poor gut health, have shown that obesity can be reduced as well as all manor of digestive problems.

Eat Right For Health
There are many books about eating right for certain 'types'. These include blood type diets, Daoist or Ayevedic personality and astrological birth chart types. There are certainly many advantages of learing about the types of foods, including how adaptogenic herbs and blends of ingredients can affect mood, energy and metabolism.

One example of a mainstream book that champions eating healthy foods for better health is Eat Yourself Healthy by Doctor Megan Rossi. Like many of these books, the subject matter is more relevant to the author as everyone will have different types of food that is of greatest benefit to the individual.

Here is an excert from the book, centring around the importance of having 30g aday of fibre in the diet:
Gut microbes do things the gut can’t do, liberating or synthesising nutrients from food, especially from plants and their polyphenols, living off non-digestible substrates, producing thousands of metabolites – useful chemicals –and making vital short-chain fatty acids that are involved with immunity, with keeping the gut and colon healthy, with moderating the body’s inflammatory responses and with the metabolism of glucose. To do this, microbes need about 30g of fibre a day, but the average intake in the UK is just 10-15g. Is this why modern, low fibre, ultra-processed, high-sugar diets seem so problematic for human gut health?

The following is a list of just some food considerations, which can improve gut health and ultimately improve our brain function overall.

Rainbow colours
Choose a range of foods that make our plate look colourful. Each of the olours will relate to the energy systems of the body. Red foods tend to be more acidic, like tomatoes and meat and require more energy to process. Yellow foods have good energy, but can cause more acidity in the system. Green foods are alkelising and are are good for balancing. Purple foods like beetroot and chard, have anti-oxidant properties and are sid to improve circulation. White foods tend to increase musus levels and should be taken in moderation.

Ppolyphenols
These foods protect the body against oxidative stress and associated contaminants causing diseases, such as bacterial/fungal over-growths. Garpes, dark chocolate and red wine are good in moderation, to help ward off coronary heart disease and inflammation.

Fermented Foods
Kombucha, kefir, kimchi, pickles and unpasteured cheeses, contain good microbes for aiding digestion.

Vitamin-Rich Foods
Non-farmed fish and meats containing Omega 3, which helps fight harmful gut microbes that cause brain fog and studies have revealed improves brain functionality. Avoid processed and microwave meals – as the ingredientrs prolonging shelflife and heating process destroys the natural micro organisms contained in foods.

Herbal Supplements & Natural Remedies
– Natural herbal remedies for clearing the gut of bad bacteria

– Chinese teas for flushing the lower intestines

– Herbal parasite cleanses for ridding the gut of micro-organisms including yeasts, bacteria and moulds

– Natural laxative Senna Tea for reducing bloating and relieving the feelings of lethargy following from a period of eating rich foods.

Natural remedies for removal of gut parasites such as Helicobacter pylori can cause peptic ulcers and be a precursor to cancer if left untreated.
