DNA AND THE CODE Our cellular signature code, called DNA is the coded information, contained in a double helix spiral, forming genomes (packets of information made up of amino acids ), which hold all the information for defining what we are and how we are formed. Hereditary factors from our mothers and fathers passed on in the egg fertilisation process, will determine how the genes are expressed – determining physical features like hair and eye colour. Studies by the Human Genome Project, uncovered how the genome sequences for humans were a lot lower than anticipated – with other living organisms having far larger genomes than humans. Chimpanzees have a very close DNA sequence to humans, although it's not been identified how these packets of information distinguish us from our closest primates. Other scientists in the field have claimed our genes are only a blueprint and the characteristics, expressed only when activated – pioneers in this field, Rupert Sheldrake...
CHILDREN ARE THE FUTURE We are all born free, as an energetic bundle of potential, to live out a life of enriching experiences. Society has other plans however, and with the decisions being made for us by our protectors, many of the potentials we're born with, can either be neglected or shut off. Children have a purity – a pure lifeforce, unadulterated (not poisoned by adults), free from societal pressures and restraints. Watching children playing and enjoying themselves freely, without worries or emotional baggage yet attached to them, along at times what can be a painful journey of realisation. If we cast our eyes back far enough, there may be moments in our early lives remembered, when seemingly impossible things happened. Imagination is a powerful thing. What we imagine, with focussed intent and wilful determination for manifesting, has been shown to create the visualisations in to the physical reality. Children have the greatest imaginations. They can perform super powers
GUT ANXIETY In this cause-and-effect reality, we can be autonomously governed by our mood and not even realise why. Our decisions are influenced in many different ways. Some we believe are conscious decisions. However, our motivations stem from subconscious appetites and desires and actions will be unconsciously driven by our gut. Without realising how blood sugars affect the mind, our food choices can be both positively and negatively affecting mood, energy and anxiety levels as our decisions are a mostly reflection of what's going on inside our gut. We often put our emotional states and the symptoms of anxiety down to simply having a bad day. But what if the day has been started on the wrong foot by our food choices? Our gut contains billions of tiny microorganisms that assist with the breaking down of foods. When this microenvironment is in balance, we are in balance. This microbiome is alive with billions of tiny organisms which serve various purposes, to break dow...
